Principal's Welcome
September 2022
As the Administrator of Mother St. Bride School, I would like to sincerely welcome you to our MSB Family. Mother St. Bride was a woman who was dedicated to acts of charity and devoted her life to Jesus Christ. With Mother St. Bride as our guide, our community, with the help of all its members, work diligently at helping and supporting our students in spirit and in faith, giving wherever we can.
These pandemic years, more than ever, we have had to rely on our school community and our Faith to help guide us along during these unprecedented times and unknown circumstances. It is during these times that we are able to see how the relationships between home, school, Church and community are needed in order to help support our most treasured gifts, our students.
We aspire to create a learning environment that embraces the development of the whole child, including academic, social, emotional, spiritual, artistic and physical. We cherish the opportunity to help cultivate each student’s God-given gifts and talents in all areas.
We are proud to celebrate our Catholic Faith, traditions and the spirit of giving that is created through many opportunities and relationships within our Faith community. We welcome you to join us for our monthly celebrations of Faith, along with the Virtue Celebrations and GrandFather Teachings. We cherish the opportunity to support each student by offering our students the opportunity to become leaders/mentors in their Faith development.
Although we are faced with many new circumstances these past couple of years, Mother St. Bride has a dynamic staff that looks forward to embarking on an exciting academic journey with all of its students from JK-8. We have many adventures and experiences planned for this academic year as restrictions have lifted. Our school offers many programs such as the Early Learning Kindergarten Program, Native as a Second Language and Core French Programs, Drumming, School Choir, and Leadership Team who plans many activities for our students. Our Parent Council meets regularly to help enrich and support our education.
As parents, you play an important role in your child’s education. We look forward to working closely with you and value your partnership. Thank you for considering Mother St. Bride School for your family, where Education is “Rooted in Faith and Alive in Spirit”.
Yours in Education,
Lori Schlueting
